Marriage Ceremony Booking
Welcome to the London Borough of Sutton Registration Service ceremony booking system.
It is our pleasure to be attending your very special day.
Your ceremony is a day you will want to remember with happiness. Everyone is different and we want to be able to provide a ceremony that is special to you. We look forward to meeting you and helping to make you feel relaxed and comfortable during the time that you spend with us.

This system will provisionally hold a booking for:
New approved venue at Sutton - The Oaks Room (up to 50 guests) The Lavender Room (up to 8 guests)
We are pleased to offer a new space for ceremonies at Sutton Civic Offices. Bookings are open from December 2024 by telephone. Online booking only if your date is 3 months ahead or more.
Mon-Fri Oaks Room £300 plus 45 booking fee
Mon-Fri Lavender Room £200 plus £45 booking fee
- we also hold ceremonies at Honeywood Museum
- Drawing Room (capacity 4-40 people) Take a virtual tour of the Drawing Room.

- Monday to Friday £600 (plus £45 booking fee)
- Saturday £700 (plus £45 booking fee)
- Sunday £800 (plus £45 booking fee)
- for a ceremony at other Sutton approved venues Licenced Venue (The Grange, The Oaks, Sutton United FC) within the London Borough of Sutton please email your enquiry to register.office@sutton.gov.uk If you wish to visit any of our approved marriage venues please make contact with the venue directly.

Up to one year ahead notice of marriage should be completed.This is a statutory requirement and the marriage cannot go ahead if notices are not in place, Please arrange an appointment in the district where you are resident to give notice of marriage. a statutory fee will apply.https://www.sutton.gov.uk/-/giving-notice-of-marriage-or-civil-partnership
